As part of the transition that we are making to the new Reporting interface, we are also asking all partners to transition onto the new Reporting API’s by Wednesday, February 17th, 2016.
Starting this month, you will have access to RAN’s New Reporting Platform (beta). With this new platform comes lots of exciting enhancements, not least of which is that data returns significantly faster!
We’ve gathered your feedback on our existing Help Center and made some changes to help you run your affiliate program more easily. You can now access our video library, successfully find exactly what you need via the new Search functionality, or register for our online events via our event calendar. But we’re not done yet! Stay tuned for more features in future releases.
We’re excited to let you know about the new technology upgrade for the Publisher Help Center that will enable us to provide you with enhanced features and functionality. In addition to being able to find answers to your questions immediately, now you’ll be able to sign in to your publisher account from the Help Center to see all of the articles, rate and leave comments on Help Center articles so that we can continue to improve them. This update will go live next Thursday, September 24th. In the future, there will be other new features to make your experience finding what you need in the Help Center easier and faster.
Publishers, starting September 4th you can receive commissions via PayPal! PayPal will allow you to work with networks and advertisers that you currently cannot work with due to geographical payment restrictions. For this release, the option to use PayPal will be available for all networks except for Brazil and Japan.
